PREPARATION NUGGETS

When you have a project in view, there a few secrets to put into consideration. Firstly let me welcome you the the Biztalk column.
As it is widely believed, "is there any man who wants to build? That doesn't first sit to count his cost" this the basis for this work and column to help offer nuggets from experts on growing ideas in thoughts, thoughts into visions and visions into plans, and finally plans into achieved goals.
Nuggets:
1. Seek out those who have succeeded in what you are trying to do (as the saying goes, there is nothing new under the sun) best we can do are modifications and more modifications.

2. Knowledge of your tasks: this entails detailed planning, failing and replanning.
Never be too afraid to fail (no library of success is complete without a book on failure.

3. Requirement for task accomplishment: almost in synonym with the previous nugget, this makes it so important. Counting cost is an integral part here.

4. Who are the people I need: no firm or business can succeed without the right team, this is a painstaking venture, as many will fall short on the way and many heart breaks, but in the end the team will be. And Don't forget God in all this dealings because there are things we don't have control over.
